Our Instep Guards are designed to fit under your shin guards to cover that annoying gap in the padding at the instep to protect your battered ankles (because we know how much you love kicking elbows and knees) while also providing compression and stability.

Features an adjustable instep pad, no-fray edge piping and silicone grip bands because aiming your kicks is for the weak.

PLEASE NOTE

Sizing chart only shows dimensions of the sleeve. If you wear shoes under size 9 US Men (10.5 Women), we recommend S/M, however you can opt for L/XL if you prefer more coverage. If you wear shoes size 9 US Men (10.5 Women) or above, we recommend L/XL only.

**For sizes 11.5 US Men and over, the sleeves may be tight. We will be releasing a larger size in the future, so stay tuned.

Appreciate this product I had fractured my foot last year so far these have worked really well with greatly preventing a re-fracture.

Not bad! They fit nicely and definitely provide that little extra support and protection, which make them a good value for price. But can't give it 5 starts because the threads holding the edge seams did break after first use from pulling them on, which was a bit of a bummer tbh. I had to stitch them down myself to repair them and keep them from peeling off completely.
