Returns

Our number 1 priority is that you love what you ordered.

We typically don't accept returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@scraphousecombatclub.com!

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement, just send us an email with photos of any wrong or damaged items, and we'll sort it out for you.

Just be aware, orders are only eligible for refunds if:

  • Item(s) were incorrect, damaged or defective
  • Within 30 days of purchase date

Simply send us the order number, a image of the defect or damage, and we will replace or refund your order.

At this time, we are unable to replace items delivered outside of the US. For international orders, we only offer full refunds.

Exchanges

Also at this time, we do not offer any exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@scraphousecombatclub.com within a week after receiving your order.

Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

30 Day Guarantee

Gear products (non-apparel items) are backed by a 30 day manufacturers warranty, any defective or damaged products are eligible for replacement at no charge within the US. However, for international orders customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
