Delivery

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

**Please keep in mind that international packages can be help up in Customs, which will delay the delivery. We have no control over that process and how long it takes, so you will have to be patient, or contact your local customs office directly for more information.

Where will my order ship from?

Our gear products are shipped from our US warehouse based in Los Angeles, but we also work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities around the US.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Check with Carrier: Contact your local post office and request to verify the GPS coordinates of the final package scan
  • Wait & Search: Packages are sometimes marked delivered 1-2 days early, search around your porch to see if it was placed out of sight
  • Check with your neighbors: Sometimes a package is delivered to the wrong unit or a neighboring address

If the shipping address was correct, and the tracking shows the package has not been delivered, get in touch with us at hello@scraphousecombatclub.com with your order number.

If the tracking shows 'delivered' then submit a missing mail claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Send us your order number and claim ID number and we can process a replacement.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
