LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty

Clever Company LLC, operating as Scraphouse ("Scraphouse"), stands by the quality of the Scuffle Duffle with a Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended to the original owner of the product and covers any manufacturer defects that hinder the functionality of the Scuffle Duffle for the lifetime of your gear. Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear are not covered under this warranty.

We are committed to keeping quality products out of landfills. If your Scuffle Duffle experiences a manufacturing defect, we will always do our best to repair it. If we cannot repair the product or do not have the necessary repair parts available, you may be eligible for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

The Scuffle Duffle Limited Lifetime Warranty Covers:

Manufacturing defects that affect the main functionality of the product, including but not limited to:

  • Broken or defective zippers
  • Torn zipper tracks
  • Broken buckles, snaps, or hardware
  • Seam or stitching defects that affect structural integrity
  • Defects in materials that compromise the bag's functionality

The Scuffle Duffle Limited Lifetime Warranty Does NOT Cover:

The following are specifically excluded from warranty coverage and are not limited to:

  • Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, scuffs, or stains
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Accidental damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect of the product
  • Damage from improper use, including but not limited to: storage of sharp or bladed equipment without proper protection, overloading beyond recommended capacity, storage of excessively heavy weights, or any use outside the intended purpose of carrying and transporting training equipment
  • Damage from airline, TSA, or other transportation carrier mishandling
  • Theft, vandalism, or damage from criminal activity
  • Damage from improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or second-hand
  • Lost or misplaced items

Warranty Eligibility and Transfer

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Scuffle Duffle. Proof of purchase from an authorized Scraphouse retailer is required to file a warranty claim. Acceptable proof of purchase includes a receipt, order confirmation, or transaction record showing the date of purchase and retailer information.

The warranty may be transferred to a subsequent owner only if the transfer occurs within one (1) year of the original purchase date and the new owner can provide valid proof of the original purchase. After one year from the original purchase date, the warranty becomes non-transferable.

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, auction sites, or second-hand sources without valid proof of original purchase are not covered under this warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our warranty team through our website or customer service email with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer
  • Clear photographs showing the defect
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Your shipping address (must be a permanent address as it cannot be changed once the claim is processed)

2. A Scraphouse warranty specialist will review your claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. This process typically takes 1-3 business days.

3. If approved, you will receive a warranty authorization number and prepaid shipping label to return the defective product to our warehouse.

4. Upon receipt of your product, we will repair the item, send you a replacement part(s), or issue a replacement, depending on the nature of the defect and parts availability.

Important: All warranty claims must include a valid warranty authorization number before shipping. Products shipped without authorization will be returned at the sender's expense. Scraphouse will cover the cost of shipping the defective product to our facility via prepaid label, as well as any repair materials or replacement costs for valid warranty claims.

What to Expect When You File a Warranty Claim

Once you have filed your warranty claim, a Scraphouse warranty specialist will examine your claim photos and documentation to determine the appropriate resolution. You can expect one of the following outcomes:

  • Repair of the defect: We will repair your Scuffle Duffle and return it to you.
  • Replacement part(s): We will send you the necessary parts and instructions to complete the repair yourself.
  • Replacement: If the product cannot be repaired, we will issue a replacement Scuffle Duffle.

The entire warranty process, from submitting your claim to receiving your repaired or replacement product, typically takes 2-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve your issue.

If the Scuffle Duffle has been discontinued and replacement is necessary, we will issue Scraphouse store credit for the amount originally paid as shown on your proof of purchase.

Note: We make repair or replacement decisions based on manufacturer defect guidelines and reserve the right to decline claims that fall outside of these guidelines. Our goal is to ensure you continue to love your gear, and we will do everything we can within the scope of this warranty to make that happen.

International Warranty Claims

Scraphouse honors warranty claims for international customers who purchased the Scuffle Duffle from authorized retailers. However, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective product to our facility, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, or fees associated with receiving the repaired or replacement product.

If we do not ship directly to your country, please arrange for a third-party shipping provider or provide an alternative delivery address in a country we service when submitting your warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

Scraphouse and Clever Company LLC are not liable for any damage to personal property, equipment, clothing, electronics, or any items stored within or transported using the Scuffle Duffle. This includes but is not limited to damage to training equipment, athletic gear, electronics, personal belongings, or any other contents.

Scraphouse and Clever Company LLC are not liable for bodily injury to yourself or others, property damage, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or failure of the Scuffle Duffle.

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SCRAPHOUSE OR CLEVER COMPANY LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SCUFFLE DUFFLE.
