Instep Guard Instructions
To Put On:
Flip over the top hem of the instep guard and use it to pull the sleeve over your foot until your heel comes through the heel opening.
To Take Off:
Hold the back hem of the sleeve and pull it over your heel. Allow the sleeve to turn inside out, and flip back around once off. This will minimize overstretching of the fabric.
To Adjust Padding:
Use your thumb to push the padding up and down the sleeve until it is in the desired position. This is best done when the sleeve is dry.
How to Wash:
Instep Guards are designed to be machine washed. Simply throw it in the washing machine with like colors and wash with cold water. You can also wash them in our mesh laundry pouch.
DO NOT MACHINE DRY - Air dry only
WARNING: Red dyes may run. Do not wash red fabrics with white or light-colored clothing.
